Shared choices & lists
    For consistency, most of the pop-up lists are shared between all users so that everyone sees the same choices.

If you want to set the choices that appear when you click on a field, you need to edit that field's Drop-list Choices property.

  Select a context from the drop-list:
  Click the Add button to add a new list item
(Duplicates are not allowed)
  Click the Delete button to remove highlighted items
(You can make a multiple selection)
  Click the Edit button to change an item
    Note You can populate the list of choices from other drop-lists, or from Clipboard, by clicking the Add list items from... button
     
Top   Address contexts
  This pop-up list appears when you create a new postal address. The first few entries in the list are disabled and cannot be edited or removed.
     
Top   Countries
    This list appears when you click the Country field of a postal address.
     
Top   E-mail hosts
  This pop-up list appears when you are entering an e-mail address and type the @ symbol.
   
Top   Job types
  This list of choices appears in the Job type drop-list field in the Current Status tab of the Customer Service Management screen. The field name can be changed from the default value of 'Job type' in the Other fields part of Setup.
     
Top   Job flavours
    This list of choices appears in the Job flavour drop-list field in the Current Status tab of the Customer Service Management screen. The field name can be changed from the default value of 'Job flavour' in the Other fields part of Setup.
     
Top   Job statuses
  This list of choices appears in the Job status drop-list field in the Current Status tab of the Customer Service Management screen. The field name can be changed from the default value of 'Job status' in the Other fields part of Setup.
     
    Note The number of Job statuses is fixed at 9, you cannot add or remove items, only edit them. Blank items will not be shown.
     
Top   Linking: Document received
    This list of choices appears in the User-defined 3 drop-list field on the Document received tab of the Linking screen. The field name can be changed from the default value of 'User-defined 3' in the Other fields part of Setup.
     
Top   Linking: Document sent
    This list of choices appears in the User-defined 3 drop-list field on the Document sent tab of the Linking screen. The field name can be changed from the default value of 'User-defined 3' in the Other fields part of Setup.
     
Top   Linking: Internal document
    This list of choices appears in the User-defined 3 drop-list field on the Internal document tab of the Linking screen. The field name can be changed from the default value of 'User-defined 3' in the Other fields part of Setup.
     
Top   Phone numbers
    This list appears in the Comment drop-list when you are adding a new phone number.
     
    Note Changes made in this section will affect all users.
