Shared choices & lists |
For consistency, most of the pop-up lists are shared between all users so that everyone sees the same choices. If you want to set the choices that appear when you click on a field, you need to edit that field's Drop-list Choices property. |

Job types | |
This list of choices appears in the Job type drop-list field in the Current Status tab of the Customer Service Management screen. The field name can be changed from the default value of 'Job type' in the Other fields part of Setup. | ||

This list of choices appears in the Job flavour drop-list field in the Current Status tab of the Customer Service Management screen. The field name can be changed from the default value of 'Job flavour' in the Other fields part of Setup. | ||

Note The number of Job statuses is fixed at 9, you cannot add or remove items, only edit them. Blank items will not be shown. | ||
